Please ensure all security tags, original packaging, and certificates of authenticity remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Parcel

  Carefully place the item in its original S.T. Dupont presentation box and secure it within a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of inspection.
